We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 15+ years of IT experience, specializing in pre-sales and solutioning for Financial Services Operations (FSO), Finance, Supply Chain, and AES. The ideal candidate will engage in pre-sales discussions, design tailored ServiceNow solutions, and lead implementation efforts for complex client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements, understand client needs, and design custom ServiceNow solutions.
• Focus on FSO, Finance, Supply Chain, and AES domains.
• Deliver solution presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and pre-sales experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules and domains such as FSO, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
